Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what information Xovrio Vault collects, what stays local on your device, and how we use third-party services such as Supabase and Creem for account and billing workflows.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the product, we may collect:

  • your email address and account identifiers,
  • subscription and billing metadata,
  • device activation metadata such as device ID, platform, and last seen time,
  • support requests, contact messages, and billing inquiries,
  • basic website analytics or download statistics when enabled.

2. What stays local

Xovrio Vault is designed so client workspace data, browser sessions, download folders, and most operating context remain on your device. We do not claim ownership over your local workspace content, and we do not intentionally store your client login credentials in our cloud systems as part of the normal product workflow.

3. How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • authenticate accounts and sign-in sessions,
  • activate trials and enforce plan limits,
  • process subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds,
  • support device registration and subscription entitlement checks,
  • respond to customer support and fraud or abuse issues.

4. Third-party services

We may use Supabase for authentication and account data, and Creem as merchant of record for billing, tax, and payment processing. Those providers may process personal data under their own privacy and security terms when you use their services through our product.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers strictly as needed to run the product, process payments, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or protect rights and safety.

6. Data retention

We retain account, subscription, device, and support records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal or tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Local workspace data retention is controlled by you on your own device.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and billing data we control. No system is perfectly secure, and you remain responsible for device security, local backups, and access to your own email and operating system accounts.

8. Your choices

You may request account support, billing help, or deletion-related assistance by contacting support@xovrio.io. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or subscription-history purposes.

9. Policy changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
