Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to the Xovrio Vault desktop app, website, trials, and paid subscriptions. By downloading, accessing, or paying for the product, you agree to the rules below.

Last updated: April 24, 2026
Support: support@xovrio.io

1. Service scope

Xovrio Vault is a desktop workspace tool designed to reduce cross-client operational mistakes by isolating browser workspaces, downloads, and workflow context. Your license covers the features available under your active plan at the time of use.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping access to your email account secure. If you create an account on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Free local usage may be available without sign-in. Trials, paid subscriptions, device activation, and billing management require an account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Xovrio Vault to:

  • break the law or violate third-party platform rules,
  • distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful automation,
  • misrepresent the product as an anti-detect, fingerprint spoofing, or ban-evasion tool,
  • reverse engineer or attempt to disrupt the service beyond rights allowed by law.

4. Trials, subscriptions, and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until canceled. Pricing and plan limits are shown on the pricing section of the site or inside the app. Trials are limited per account and do not reset when switching between eligible plans.

Payments, taxes, and subscription administration may be handled by Creem as merchant of record. By completing checkout, you also agree to the terms shown in the checkout flow.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively reverse a billing period that has already started. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

6. Local data and backups

Xovrio Vault is designed so workspace data stays on your machine unless you explicitly export, transfer, or sync it elsewhere. You are responsible for your own device security, file backups, and access controls.

7. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the product from time to time. We are not liable for temporary downtime, third-party platform outages, or failures caused by local device, browser, or operating system issues outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

The Xovrio Vault software, website, branding, and related materials remain our property or our licensors' property. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product under your plan.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xovrio Vault is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
