Xovrio Vault gives every client an isolated workspace with separate sessions, downloads, uploads, and clipboard warnings, so your team avoids cross-client mistakes.
Built for agencies, operators, and client teams who need safer workspace separation.
Teams handling multiple clients do not lose money because they opened too many tabs. They lose money when someone uploads the wrong asset, pastes the wrong copy, or works in the wrong account context. Standard browser profiles separate logins. They do not actively guard the workflow.
Xovrio Vault is the browser profile alternative for agencies: each client gets its own isolated browser environment plus guardrails around downloads, uploads, and copy/paste actions, so mistakes are caught before they turn into incidents.
Every client runs in a separate workspace with its own session, storage, and browser context. Client A stays separate from Client B by default.
Files downloaded inside a client workspace are routed into that client's own directory, so materials do not pile up in one shared Downloads folder.
Only files from the current client's authorized folder can be selected for upload, so operators do not browse into another client's materials by mistake.
If someone copies content in one workspace and tries to paste it into another, Xovrio Vault surfaces a warning so the team can catch account contamination before it is sent.
Use client names, colors, and workspace context so operators always know who they are working for.
Xovrio Vault is built as a controlled desktop shell so it can enforce stronger workflow rules than standard browser profiles or tab managers.
Manage 10+ ad accounts daily. Strictly separate Client A's creatives from Client B's dashboards, ensuring you never accidentally upload the wrong asset into a live campaign.
Keep each customer in a dedicated workspace and reduce context-switching mistakes during daily execution.
Work across seller centers, admin portals, support tools, and internal systems with clearer client boundaries.
Give remote operators and virtual teams a safer desktop workflow when one person touches many client accounts in a single day.
